"This is a 40plus-year-old old fashioned roadhouse. No bathrooms...only port-a-potties. Best food is sandwich of the day....usually pulled pork. You go here for the view! See forever across Lake Elsinore to mountains beyond and down to Mount Palomar."

"A popular stopping place when riding Ortega highway. I was there on a Sunday and quite surprised it wasn't too busy. The lady serving us told us all the good food and the cake that she made herself. I had the pulled pork sandwich and chocolate cake. Both were excellent and I would go back specifically for that same meal!"
