"A must stop place for anyone looking to joy ride through Ortega! A fun stop to lookout over the lake and get the wind on your face! The foods also really tasty, expecially the breakfast! You definitely can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but I recommend trying the tamales with an egg on top!"

"We decided to stop on our way home from San Diego, just to check it out. It was AMAZING!! The view, the service and the FOOD!!! Oh and the beer was ice cold with lots to choose from. Bruce was our server and he did not steer us wrong when he suggested we try the ribs. So, we decided to split a plate of their BBQ ribs and I have say, if I died the next day I would be dying a happy woman. They were the best ribs I have ever tasted. Tender, flavorful and just all around YUMMY!!! We most definitely will be coming back and this time my 83 y/o mom wants to come with us. Do yourself a favor and stop here for a meal, a beer and you will leave with a huge smile on your face. "
